We have tried to make the Kiddie Wear Collections site as simple as possible to use. Here are some guides on how the site works and where you can find certain information.

Searching for products

You can find products within the site by two methods:

Search

At the top right of the screen is a search box. Simply type in what you are looking for to see matching results. For example you could search for "girls jumper" to see a list of all matching products.

Browse by Category

The site is orgamised into categories and sub-categories. Select a category from the menu on the left or the options on the home page to see the available sub-categories. Then select a sub-category to see all of the products within that sub-category.

Click on a product name or image to see the full details of the product.

Viewing products

Simply click on any product image or name to view the full details of the product. You will see a larger image which has a magnify function, you can move your mouse over the image to see a zoomed in preview of the product.

A product description and size options (if available) are displayed. There is a link to the size guide if you are unsure of the size.

Buying products

If you would like to buy a product then select a size (if available) and enter the quantity you require. When done click on the Add to Cart button. A confirmation message will display confirming the action. Click on OK. The product will now be in your Cart.

Viewing your cart

If you have products in your cart you will see a View Cart tab in the top right of the screen above the main menu. Click on this tab to go to your shopping cart. This shows all of the products you have selected. Within this screen you can remove a product, change quantities and enter discount codes or gift voucher codes.

Completing your order

In order to complete your order from within the shopping cart you must select a shipping option. Select an option from the list. A confirmation message will display, click on OK. When you are ready to complete the order click on the Check Out button. You are then taken to the Checkout screen. Complete all of the details within this screen and enter your credit card details. When complete click on Submit. Your details will then be checked and if OK you will see the order confirmation screen with your receipt.
