Kiddie Wear Collections is proud to offer efficient delivery by Australia Post with a flat rate of $7.50 Australia wide.

Please note: If your ordered item is bulky or oversized it will attract additional fees. Please do not hesitate and contact us to obtain exact postage fee before placing your order.

We can organise Express Delivery where you will receive your parcel the next business day (within defined networks) or Registered Post, which can be used in conjunction with Parcel Post so you can obtain proof of posting and a signature on delivery. Those delivery extras, however, will attract additional fees. Should you wish us to organise them for you please contact us to request the service.

If you spend more than $150 with us, we will send your items – FREE!

All orders received will be dispatched within 24 business hours with the exception of international, custom orders or larger items, which might take up to 72 business hours to be dispatched.

Most  Post Parcels in Australia are delivered to you within 5 working days. Although some remote or distant locations may take a little longer. In the unlikely event, your parcel is delayed in dispatch we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss it with you.

Incorrect Delivery Address & Returned Parcels

In the instance where an incorrect address is provided or a parcel has been returned to Kiddie Wear Collections as undeliverable, an extra charge of $7.50 will apply.

Damaged & Missing Items from Parcel

• Unfortunately, from time to time items do get damaged in transit no matter how well we pack it. When this happens, please contact us immediately on the receipt of goods. Depending on the item and the damage we shall request the item to be returned at our expense or ask that you provide us with a photo of the damage. Either way we shall promptly arrange a replacement to be sent.
• Please check your parcel thoroughly for smaller items, it is possible they might be missed amongst packaging and are at risk of being thrown out. In the case that an item has been omitted from your parcel, please contact us and we shall arrange for the item to be sent immediately.

Payment Options

Paying for your order at Kiddie Wear Collections is a simple process. Method of payment may be chosen during the checkout process.

We accept Visa, MasterCard via our secure merchant facility.

Security & Privacy

The collection and use of personal information is for the sole purpose of processing your order and will not be sold or exchanged or disclosed in any other way to the third part unless required by law.

Kiddie Wear Collections does keep records of all customer details and transactions. Should you wish any of your personal data and information to be removed from Kiddie Wear Collections record at any time please contact us.

Kiddie Wear Collections does not keep any record or credit card details.

Returns & Exchanges

Kiddie Wear Collections strives to provide you with products that are of a excellent  quality but if for some reason you are unhappy with the size, colour, or the product just isn’t how you expected then please contact us and we will replace the item, provide you with an alternative or refund the item value in full

The item may be return within 21 days of the original date of purchase.

Please contact us to notify us about your intentions and provide short explanation why you would like to exchange or return product(s). 

Upon receiving your return, we shall be in touch to notify you about the refund or confirm your exchange. Please allow 4-5 business days for the refund to be arranged or replacement to be dispatched.

The customer is responsible for all costs incurred to return parcels to Kiddie Wear Collections. We recommend a traceable mode of delivery, as we will not be responsible for any parcels that are lost or misplaced. An additional postage charge will apply to return the exchanged item to the customer.

All returns must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact if a return is suspected to be anything but in its original condition the item shall be returned to the customer and redelivery will be charged.

Kiddie Wear Collections reserves the right to charge actual original postage cost on the return of an item.

We do not refund for change of mind, should a product be faulty or a description misleading or inaccurate we shall gladly refund the item less any discounts or promotions applied to the original order.

Strictly no returns or exchanges on custom made personalised orders, sale or discounted items.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order please do contact us immediately. If your parcel has not yet been dispatched, we shall gladly cancel and refund your order. If the parcel has been dispatched the customer will be responsible for its return and costs involved. Please refer to our return policy.

Please Note: All cancellations incur a 10% restocking charge that shall be debited from the total of the refund.

International Orders

Kiddie Wear Collections is pleased to offer International delivery. 

Please note: All deliveries will be charged at actual cost. When an order is placed $0 delivery will be charged. Kiddie Wear Collections will be in touch with a delivery quote within 48 business hours of order placement.

Although at all times Kiddie Wear Collections chooses the most economical method of postage, some of bulky parcels attract costly shipping fees. Feel free to contact us prior to placing an order for a costing estimate.

Kiddie Wear Collections welcomes our International customers to visit us and place an order. International orders received will be shipped within 48-72 hours.  International deliveries will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery can take up to 10 business days depending on location.  Below are our charges, but in the instance where your order is unusually large and bulky we may contact you to inform you of an extra shipping fee.

Please note: All prices are in Australian dollars. The delivery fees are the guidelines only for 250-500g parcel and exact amount depending on destination and weight will be quoted within 48 business hours of order placement.
